  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup caramel candies, unwrapped
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually mix in flour and salt until just combined, then press into the baking pan.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool slightly.
  4. In a saucepan over low heat, melt caramel candies with heavy cream until smooth. Stir in coconut extract and shredded coconut.
