  • 4 chicken apple sausages
  • 24 oz baby potato medley
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 2 small or 1 large broccoli crown
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Chop the potatoes and broccoli into bite-sized pieces; slice the chicken sausage.
  3. In a bowl, toss potatoes and carrots with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a sheet pan and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, mix broccoli with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  5. After 20 minutes, add seasoned broccoli to the pan alongside the other veggies and roast for another 10 minutes.
  6. Create space for sliced chicken sausage on the sheet pan; roast everything together for an additional 20 minutes.
  7. Drizzle maple syrup over the roasted ingredients before mixing well and roasting for another final 10 minutes.
