  • 1/2 can cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 wheel brie cheese (cut into 24 half-inch cubes)
  • 1/4 cup walnuts (crushed)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Fresh rosemary for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Unroll the thawed puff pastry on a clean surface and roll it out to about 1/8-inch thickness.
  3. Cut the rolled pastry into rectangles, approximately 2 inches by 3 inches.
  4. On one half of each rectangle, place a cube of brie and a spoonful of cranberry sauce; sprinkle with crushed walnuts. Fold over the other half to seal.
  5. Whisk together egg yolk and milk; brush over each bite for a shiny finish.
  6. Bake on the prepared baking sheet for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh rosemary and serving warm or at room temperature.
