  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 12 oz penne or fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in Cajun seasoning and smoked paprika.
