  • 10 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 tub Cool Whip or Coco Whip
  • 1.5 scoops (about 45 grams) vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange 9 graham crackers in an even layer at the bottom of the pan.
  3. In a microwave-safe dish, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil; heat in 30-second intervals until melted, stirring between intervals.
  4. Pour half of the melted chocolate over the graham crackers and spread evenly; let set for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Mix Cool Whip with vanilla protein powder until smooth.
  6. Spread the creamy mixture over the chocolate layer; pour remaining melted chocolate on top and spread evenly.
  7. Top with remaining graham crackers.
  8. Cover and freeze for 2-8 hours until solid; then cut into squares.
