Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil; cook rotini until al dente, then drain.
  2. Season steak strips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
